Refunds and Exchanges
RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
To initiate a return or exchange, please email: support@thesensoryproject.com
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 45 days of purchase. Once a return label is generated, you have 7 days to ship your package back to us.
Items returned or exchanged must be in new and unused condition with original tags. If items are found to be used or worn at the time of receipt, eligibility for refund will be denied.
Please allow 7-10 business days for confirmation of refund or exchange.
Please note that we charge a $5.00 Return Shipping Fee for items sent back for a refund. We do not charge Return Shipping Fees for Exchanges.
This fee will be applied to each individual return form created, so we recommend processing all the items you want to return from an order at the same time.
Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color ONLY, so long as they are the same price and in stock. If the item is unavailable a refund will be provided.
DISCOUNTED ITEMS
All "Imperfect" and “Marked Down” items are FINAL SALE and are not applicable for return and/or exchange.
GIFT RETURNS
When returning a gift, please contact customer service at support@thesensoryproject.com with the original purchaser's name, email, or order number. Once the package is received, our team will process the return.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International returns are subject to shipping costs associated with returning and/or exchanging the item(s). Duties and additional customs payments must be covered by the customer.
Return labels are not available for international orders. If you wish to make a return, please take your item(s) to your local post office and mail them to The Sensory Project 1517 W Powder Ct. Eagle ID 83616
