Three spoons we love for self-feeding:
1. @olababyusa
2. @numnuminc GooTensil
2. @ezpzfun Tiny Spoon
These have worked great for us to allow Tripp to feed himself! We’ll use 2-3 spoons each meal so he can hold one in his hand and rotate through each one. It’s a system that works for us! 🥄

Remember that we all have unique sensory systems and what works for someone might not work for a other!
I always recommend Sensational Brain's Free Sensory System Checklist to identify sensory preferences quickly and easily! 🧠
Happy sleeping!

If you've been here for awhile, you can still find our small shop on Etsy, my mom is doing the sewing from Spokane!
If you're new here, welcome! I'm extremely sarcastic and love to have fun.
Buckle up, I'm about to go sensory nerd status over here!
If you're not following along over on Instagram, come hang out!
